Where to stay

We’ll be providing transportation to and from the welcome party and wedding for guests staying in our hotel blocks. Please be sure to book under our room block so we can count you for transportation!

If you book separate accommodations, we recommend you reserve a taxi ahead of time for your ride at the end of the evening. We suggest Falcon Cab for this since Ubers are not reliable in Middleburg late at night.

Getting there

Flying

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to Middleburg. If you time it right — and avoid rush-hour traffic — the drive should take around 35 minutes.

Although further away, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is another option for travelers; the average trip time is around an hour to Middleburg. Our hotel blocks are a bit closer to IAD and DCA!

Ubers and Lyfts are readily available to bring you to and from the hotels and airport during the day and early evening.

Train

Traveling from New York? Take the Northeast Regional or Acela (Amtrak) from New York Penn Station to Washington Union Station. From Union Station, Middleburg is about a one-hour drive. Westchester folks can use the New Rochelle or Stamford stop instead of NYP as well.

Getting around

Downtown Middleburg is completely walkable. If you are exploring greater Loudoun County, we recommend renting a car or reserving an Uber, Lyft, or taxi ahead of time.
